big projects need proper planning and execution. meetings are important and it should be very periodical and should happen from the beginning to the end of the project. meetings should have specific agenda and should make it more productive. all team members need to know their tasks clearly and must know their timeline. the project management team need to ensure this and must closely track this so that they can know the progress of the project and at the same time they know the challenges in the project.

when the team is big, it is difficult to conduct a meeting with all the team members. Its unnecessary also. invite the module leads only for the discussion and get the update from them. Ask the leads to have a closer look on their respective team and guide them whenever needed.

In K.L. most of the house owners provide either cheaper furnitures or very old furnitures to the tenants and asking for a higher amount claiming that the house is fully furnished.

Guys, ask the owner to change the furnitures if it is damn old or not comfortable for use. Tell the owners that you will buy the furnitures yousrself and will deduct it from the following rental. Most owners will agree to that. Then its your choice. But better tell him the range. It should be less than your monthly rental. So have a look at leading furnitures stores before talking to your owner.

When the furnishings getting old and dirty it will be heaven for bugs and insects. So, take action before it is getting worse. Live a healthy lifestyle.


LRT

LRT or Light Rail Transport in KL was crowded nowadays at the peak hours. Yesterday commuters had some difficulty in getting access into the stations as there was a huge number of people waiting inside the station. The government should look into this seriously and need to increase the frequency of the trains.
